Bicycle Crunches are considered one of the most complete abs exercises, as they help you strengthen both your upper abs, as well as your lower abs and obliques. If you do this drill in the right way, you are practically performing a full core movement and they are great fitness workouts.

Now, I like doing reverse crunch. How to do a reverse crunch properly? Tuck your knees toward your face as far as you can comfortably go without lifting your mid-back from the mat. Your hips and lower back should lift off the ground. Hold for a moment and slowly lower your feet back toward the floor until they reach the ground. Repeat for at least 10-12 repetitions.

The Bird Dog exercise is a good workout you can do at home. Draw your shoulder blades together. Raise your right arm and left leg, keeping your shoulders and hips parallel to the floor. Lengthen the back of your neck and tuck your chin into your chest to gaze at the floor. Hold this position for a few seconds, then lower back to the starting position.
