People can talk to me softly and I will cry, My question is. Why do I cry so much?

People cry for many different reasons, including emotions, experiences, and mental health conditions: Emotions: Crying can be a response to a range of emotions, such as grief, loss, loneliness, failure, stress, or anxiety. For example, crying can be a way to express grief or a release of tension and stress during an anxiety attack. Crying can also be a way to communicate that you need support or understanding. Experiences: Positive experiences, such as the birth of a child, marriage, or achieving a goal, can also trigger tears. Mental health conditions: Depression, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions can cause frequent crying. For example, people with moderate to severe depression may cry in response to seemingly minor events, or be unable to explain why they are crying. This type of crying may be a result of feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness.
