Now, I would like to know. Why share a real story with people online?

When you share your stories with others, there's a good chance that it will help them. Whether they are going through a similar situation or not, people often find they can relate to someone else's life experiences. This makes talking about things less lonely and easier to understand. This creates a sense of connection, reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness. Studies have shown that sharing personal experiences can decrease feelings of social anxiety and depression. Sharing isn't just about finding comfort in relatable experiences. It can also be a catalyst for personal growth. By sharing our stories, we foster connections and create an environment where the solitude and secrecy of hiding give way to solidarity and support. In this sharing, we find mirrors of our experiences in others, encouraging them, in turn, to embrace their truths.
