Try lifting your toes while keeping your heels on the ground and then wiggling your toes vigorously. Ankle Circles: Sit or lie down and rotate your ankles in slow, deliberate circles. This movement helps promote blood flow in the feet and lower legs. Walking: Sometimes, the simplest exercise is the most effective. To stretch your toe point muscles, wrap around the ball of your foot. While seated, gently pull both sides of the toward your body. With this resistance, alternate between pointing and flexing your foot slowly and with control. This movement will help you gain control over your toe muscles. Sit in a straight-backed chair with your feet gently resting on the floor. Spread all your toes apart as far as comfortable. Hold for five seconds.
