Keeping your heel still and planted on the towel, lift your toes and use them to scrunch the towel towards you. Repeat this movement five times on each foot. For more information about this and other exercises for your feet, consult with a podiatrist today. Our toes are supposed to be flat and flexible, so they move and spread openly. However, curled toes are toes curling inwards or bending downwards. This condition is painful and should be treated timely before it gets worse. Toes might overlap one another due to your gait, such as if the feet roll inward when walking. Bunions and flat feet can also lead to joint problems. Wearing pads, arch supports or other shoe inserts to cushion the toe. Strengthening. and stretching toe muscles through exercises. A splint or tape to hold your toes where they're supposed to be. Avoid high heels.
