Hiltons is a nice quiet neighborhood. Moving to Virginia was the best decision I ever made. Now, I like living here and it is so different from living in Kingsport, Tennessee. I had too many noisy neighbors in Kingsport, Tennessee. Hiltons, Virginia is located in Scott County, VA, In Scott County, VA, you can find some good deals on homes and yards. I was thinking about moving to Atlanta, Georgia until I took a vacation in Atlanta, Georgia. They have too much stuff going on for my taste. It tickles me to be living in a nice quiet neighborhood. I am sure it will tickle you pink as well. Now, I got tickled to find out I have a big land for my little dog to run free. Best of all, my yard is fenced in. I love living here!
