Moving to an area smaller than where I am used to will take time getting used to it.

Some muscles that you can work out every day include/ Ab muscles: A strong core is important for safety and success. You can try exercises like mountain climbers and planking. Neck muscles: Regular neck exercises can help prevent strain and pain. You can try using resistance bands. Forearms: It's harder to build muscle in your forearms. You can try exercises like curling and crab walking. However, for most people, it's not necessary to lift weights every day. Doing so can increase your risk for overuse injuries and overtraining syndrome. Strength training two to three times a week is usually enough. When you do train, it's important to give your muscles time to rest and recover. For example, you can split up your workouts over two days to give your muscles time to rest in between sessions.
